Our Team
 | Trevor started in real estate early on – buying his first house for $3500 cash before his 21st birthday. Having spent more than a decade applying his talents and Syracuse degree to some of the biggest brands in the business including Bayer, Verizon, and AOL, Trevor serves as Chief Executive Officer. |
 | With business degree in hand, Jeff exploded onto the professional landscape. After jumpstarting a record-setting corporate sales team, Jeff then developed and directed a fine art gallery and hair design studio. With a keen business sense and focused attention for detail, Jeff serves as Chief Operating Officer. |
 | While obtaining a Syracuse degree in Finance, Rob supervised contractor field crews renovating local real estate. Beginning in finance for one of the nation’s largest commercial washer and dryer operations, Rob then moved on to manage finances for a global runway fashion label and later a Times Square Fortune 500 Company. Rob serves as Chief Financial Officer. |
 | Bob bought, renovated and sold homes all across the country while building some of the largest commercial construction projects in the nation. With more than 30 years experience in real estate investing and all facets of construction, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge serving as General Manager. |
 | Geri spent years in the travel, tourism and hospitality industries while simultaneously directing successful real estate investments nationwide. By day - consumer travel consultant and leader of worldwide commercial travel entities. By night - manager of real estate renovations and investments in Texas, Florida, California, New Jersey and New Hampshire. Geri serves as Vice President of Investments. |
 | Chris set sales records for a best-in-state Ford distribution center while buying and renovating homes. He went on to create a highly successful home remodeling firm in New Hampshire that was quickly voted “Most likely to call for repeat business.” Chris serves as Vice President of Renovations. |
 | JP managed nationwide freight transport before launching and directing an award winning home remodeling firm. Defining professional performance, JP’s company was voted highest customer-rated Lowe’s contractor in Upstate New York. JP serves as Vice President of Renovations. |
